Education

A.A., Los Angeles Valley College; B.A., M.A., CSU Northridge; M.P.T., The Kings Seminary

Birthplace:

Burbank, California

Hobbies:

As a self-confessed adrenaline junkie, when I am not teaching I am either traveling near or far, compulsively working out at the gym, obsessively writing my blog (www.jimmysintension.com), perpetually podcasting, or generally just moving intensely in either mind, body or spirit…usually all three concurrently. To the surprise of many, I do not surf, smoke pot or play guitar…at least not concurrently.

Favorite Book/TV Show or Movie:

The Alphabet Versus the Goddess: The Conflict Between Word and Image by Dr. Leonard Shlain.

Breaking Bad. There, I said it.

I read to learn and I view to be entertained…the two shall never cross.

Unique Talent or Proudest Accomplishment:

To have four passionate, interesting, curious, intellectual, stimulating, motivated and driven adult children is by far my greatest pleasure and joy in life.
