Study of technical and procedural aspects of computed tomography. Analyzes the principles of computed tomography which includes patient care, safety, data acquisition, image reproduction, image display system, image recording system, image storage system and basic concepts on spiral/helical scanning. Includes cross sectional anatomy and pathology and procedures.
- Credit Type: Earned units for this course are applicable to an Associate Degree.
