Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG)
FSEOG funds are awarded to Pell-eligible students with the lowest EFC to ensure the neediest students receive these limited awards on a first-come, first-served basis. To get the SEOG, you must fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®) so the college can determine how much financial need you have according to criteria established by the federal government.
Students must be enrolled in at least six (6) units to receive FSEOG. The FSEOG award amount is up to a minimum of $400 and a maximum of $1,000 per academic year.
Special programs are eligible for up to $3,000 per academic year.
Funds are extremely limited; you must apply early to receive this grant. You will receive one disbursement mid-semester.
