The 2020 Free College Promise cohort at Crafton began a nine-hour summer bridge program on June 16. Five summer bridge sessions are scheduled over the next four weeks to provide information to the over 500 students who have met the program requirements. The goal of summer bridge is to help these new students transition from high school to college. Students are introduced to available programs and services at the college that will help them build a solid foundation for success. Presentations during summer bridge include mental health, time management, goal setting, Starfish, degree planner, Canvas, an overview of degree and certificate programs, and an introduction to career and transfer services.
