Senior Day at Crafton Hills College

A carnival-themed event welcomed 517 seniors from ten local high schools, all eager to explore the opportunities awaiting them at the CHC on April 12.

Booths showcasing various programs lined the pathways, welcoming the seniors. Each student had the chance to attend two workshops of their choice. With options ranging from the Crafton Alumni Panel to Mathematics, Engineering, Science Achievement (MESA) Program.

Among the workshops, the College Honors Institute welcomed those interested in an academic challenge, while Fire Technology and Emergency Medical Services attracted students ready to embark on careers of bravery and service. Financial Aid and College Pathways & Careers promised guidance and support for those navigating the complexities of higher education.

Students engaged in lively discussions, learning about the resources and opportunities available to them. They played games, enjoyed a variety of food options, got a taste of the theatre program with a snippet from the Legally Blonde: The Musical performance, and danced to the beats spun by a DJ who kept the energy high.

Amidst the hustle and bustle, Ryker, the College’s mascot made his rounds for photos and spreading college spirit with the soon-to-be college students.
