Program Details - Crafton Hills College

Crafton Hills College offers a pathway in nursing services that builds upon a student’s knowledge over one semester to prepare them to work in a variety of health care environments. Successful graduates will be prepared to work in intermediate care facilities, long term care facilities (pediatric and adult), assisted living, home health, Hospice, and hospitals (acute care). These courses are noncredit, therefore there is no tuition, however, there are other costs in the program that vary depending on grant funding. More information will be given at the information session.

The information session is held via zoom and is one hour which will inform the student so that the student can determine if this program will meet their goals. Crafton Hills College has many healthcare industry partners in San Bernardino and Riverside counties. Students will be connected to employers for job opportunities. There are three (3) programs in the Nursing Services Career Pathway that are taken concurrently in one semester (fall or spring). Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide, and Acute Care Nursing Assistant. (If you already are a CNA, you can take HHA and ACNA separately.)
