Alumni Nominations
The Crafton Hills College Alumni Association is accepting nominations for its 2015 Outstanding Alumni Award. The award is given annually during the Foundation Gala, which will be on March 28, 2015. It is our pleasure to invite you to nominate a CHC Alum who exemplifies the dynamic and positive qualities the Crafton experience can produce. All nominations must be submitted by February 20, 2015. Process
- Submit completed nomination form by February 20, 2015. Nominees can self-nominate or be nominated by someone else.
Criteria for Nomination
- Candidate attended Crafton Hills College and completed credit courses.
- The candidate must demonstrate achievement of an exceptional nature and show professional growth within their chosen field.
- Through leadership and/or active volunteering, the candidate has made a positive impact on his/her community.
- If selected, candidate agrees to be present at the Foundation Gala on March 28, 2015 to accept the award.
